Puppies will not leave us until they are at least 8 weeks old.
$200 deposit (or $400 for Bullies) is needed to hold puppy of your choice (non-refundable unless due to unthrifty health of puppy). If you are not ready to commit to the purchase, we will offer the puppy to someone else until a deposit is received. No puppy will be considered sold until deposit is received! We can not hold a puppy just because you THINK you might be interested. Please consider all costs in getting a puppy BEFORE you make a deposit.
Total payment is due by the pups 7th week of age, shipping expenses are also due at that time if that is the method of delivery. Shipping is usually $250. We fly our pups, weather permitting, using Airbound Pets as our booking company. You are welcome to pick your puppy up personally if you would like to save on shipping costs.
I'm sorry but we do not accept personal checks! Must be a money order, PayPal or cash for the exact amount only. It is recommended to send payment in a trackable method, such as express mail or priority mail and send us the tracking # by e-mail along with your name address & phone #.
We have to have the puppy paid for 1 week prior to shipment, NO EXCEPTIONS, in order to make all the arrangements.
If you are unable to pick up the puppy when he is ready to go, we will hold him for you for one (1) week at no additional charge. After 7 days there will be a boarding fee of $5 per day. If we hold the puppy a full extra week (or longer) there will be an additional charge of $20 for extra vaccinations that he will be required to have.
**We do ask that you be punctual when picking up your puppy, we are very busy and WILL NOT wait all day for you to decide to come. If you say you will be here to pick up your puppy at a certain time, we expect you to be here within an hour of the decided time. If for some reason you are not going to make it within a reasonable amount of time, we do expect a phone call explaining the situation. If we do not hear from you after waiting an hour past the pick up time, we will not guarantee that we will be available for you to pick up the puppy. We do understand that there are things out of your control to make you late (traffic, getting lost...) but we do expect a phone call telling us of the delay. **
